Our Member Catch-Up service provides regular, personalized one-on-one meetings designed to help members stay connected, address concerns, and maximize the value of their membership. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. While our bookings are free of charge, we ask that you follow these cancellation guidelines to help us serve all clients effectively. Standard Cancellations Cancellations made 24+ hours before your appointment can be completed through our online portal or by contacting our customer service team. All cancellations will receive a confirmation email. We greatly appreciate advance notice as it allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Late Cancellations Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Late cancellations may be tracked in our system but do not incur financial penalties. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice is considered a "no-show." Repeated no-shows (2 or more within a 3-month period) may result in limitations on future booking privileges. We may implement a waiting period before allowing new bookings after multiple no-shows. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment at any time through our online system. For same-day rescheduling, please contact us directly by phone.
