Service Package Refund Terms

Basic and Standard Packages

  • Full refund (100%) available within the first 30 days of service initiation

  • Applies to all subscription fees paid during the initial period

  • No questions asked satisfaction guarantee

Premium and Enterprise Packages

  • Partial refund (50%) available within the first 30 days of service initiation

  • Applies to subscription fees paid during the initial period

  • Subject to service usage review

Digital Product Refund Terms

Downloadable Software and Digital Content

  • No refunds available for any downloaded or accessed digital products

  • Preview versions or samples might be provided for evaluation before purchase

  • All sales are final once the digital product has been downloaded

Sessions and Meetings

  • Full refund available for cancelled sessions with at least 24 hours notice

  • 50% refund for cancellations with 12-24 hours notice

  • Rescheduling option available at no additional cost with 24 hours notice

  • Missed sessions can be rescheduled once at 50% of original cost

Subscription-Based Digital Services

  • Pro-rated refund available for unused portion of subscription period only on yearly plans not applicable for monthly plans

  • No refund for any portion of the subscription period where services were accessed

  • Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle to prevent additional charges

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, customers must:

  • Submit their refund request within the specified timeframe for their product type

  • Provide their order number and account details

  • Include a brief explanation for the refund request

  • Have an account in good standing

  • Not have violated our Terms of Service

  • Not have exceeded any download or usage limits for digital products

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are not eligible for refund:

  • Custom development work

  • Implementation services

  • Third-party integrations

  • Domain registration fees

  • Setup fees

  • Any digital products that have been downloaded or accessed

  • Activated software licenses

  • In-app purchases or consumable digital items

  • Sessions or meetings cancelled with less than 12 hours notice

  • No-show appointments

Refund Process

  • Provide reason for refund request

  • For digital products, include information about download and usage status

Review Process

  • Our team will review your request within 7 business days

  • Digital product usage logs may be reviewed to verify eligibility

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider

  • For digital products, access will be revoked upon refund approval

Cancellation Policy

Service cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. Customers must explicitly request a refund within the eligible period. For digital subscriptions, cancellation will prevent future billing but will not generate automatic refunds for previous charges.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Connect Tech Global reserves the right to:

  • Evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis

  • Extend refund periods in exceptional circumstances

  • Offer alternative solutions or credits instead of monetary refunds

  • Deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or demonstrate service misuse

  • Review technical issues that may have impacted digital product usage

Pro-rated Refunds

For eligible packages and digital subscriptions cancelled mid-billing cycle, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, considering the unused portion of the service period. Pro-rated refunds do not apply to one-time digital product purchases.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may appeal by:

  • Submitting a detailed explanation of your appeal

  • Providing any supporting documentation

  • Including relevant technical information for digital product issues

  • Allowing up to 10 business days for review
